BAZY will ensure the stability of the systems and keep-on operation by the periodic preventive maintenance visits.

Overall check-up will be done during these visits. After the end of each month, a report will be submitted includes all actions done during that month on any part of the video-wall system & all faulty parts that were changed or to be repaired and returned.

All action will be taken under consideration depending on the preventive maintenance result monthly,

It is worth to mention that Bazy have hotline support 24 hour a week, receiving any complains, to solve it by our well-trained team as we have Solving Problem Mechanism.

As we have well-trained team we have else trainers certified from the original mother company in franc that they can dedicate their time to train any staff or Bazy can send them as training mission (factory training).
